In 2003 Peggy Obersiebrasse and Michael Sorg made their debut as a
musical duo. The premier of their first "outrageously mixed
evenings of song," was well-received in Kolonie 1 in Leverkusen,
Germany.
Since then, they have developed 2 more programs,
the latest of which is "Federsturm" (Feather Storm).
Peggy uses movement, poetry and singing to express a wide range of
moods. The music varies; from the chanson of Friedrich
Hollaender
to Michael's somewhat complex settings of German poems, sometimes
jazz-influenced.
Boogie-woogie and rock music (ELP, The Doors) also finds its
way
into their shows.
